Upcycling fashion workshops at Galeria Bronowice

How to transform a classic denim jacket, a plain white T-shirt or boring trousers into an eye-catching unique item? Just go to the newly established KSA Gallery in Galeria Bronowice and take part in free upcycling workshops. Participants will have the opportunity to personalize their clothes under the supervision of fashion designers. The event will take place next Thursday, November 23.

Throwing away clothes is passé. Instead, it is worth personalizing them and creating your own "works of art" out of them. At the KSA Gallery, as part of the popular series "Designed. Krakow Meetings with Design” will be convinced by fashion specialists from the Krakow Art Schools. On Thursday, November 23, free workshops on clothing upcycling will be held at Galeria Bronowice. To take part, all you need to do is take the clothes you want to give a second life. Participants will be limited only by their own imagination. The lack of manual or tailoring skills is not an obstacle. For help and valuable advice - let's remember! - you will be able to ask the artists present on site. The organizer provides the necessary materials and equipment. There will be sewing machines operated by the instructors, as well as various types of decorations, such as beads, sequins and paints for painting denim jackets or trousers.

Let us remind you that Galeria KSA is a branch of the Krakow Art Schools, located in Galeria Bronowice. It is a common space for fashion and interior designers, photographers, visual artists and enthusiasts of creative solutions to both create and share their work. Until November 28, at the KSA Gallery you can admire an exhibition of fashion designs by two talented designers - Beata Zhyvushka and Bernadetta Perzanowska.

“Designed. "Krakow Meetings with Design" is an annual event organized by the Krakow Art Schools in cooperation with the City of Krakow for lovers of design, good design and all those who love art.

Clothes personalization workshops will be held on November 23 at 6 p.m. - 9 p.m., in the KSA Gallery in Galeria Bronowice (level +1). The KSA Gallery is open to visitors from Monday to Friday from: 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. and on Saturdays and commercial Sundays during the opening hours of Galeria Bronowice.
