Your personal data shall be processed to send you business information in the form of a newsletter (containing, in particular, information about promotional offers, changes in collections and promotional and recreation events organized at Auchan shopping centres.) by e-mail, but also for analytical and statistical purposes connected with the dissemination of the aforementioned content.
● The legitimate interest of the Administrator and entities conducting business in Auchan shopping centres constitutes the legal basis for the processing of your personal data and consists in pursuing commercial activities.
● Your personal data will be available to our emploees and the entities providing services to us (including marketing services, IT and support services in particular), which need to have access to your personal data to carry out their duties.
● Your personal data will be stored for the period of two years from the date of revoking the consent to be sent business information. In such a case your data will only be stored to prevent potential legal claims related to such correspondence.
