Muay Thai, K-1 and Jiu-Jitsu demonstration

Saturday, the 8th November, is going to be a day full of excitement!We are going to watch onstage competitors from the School of Martial Arts at Wellness Club Park Wodny, who will introduce us to the world of Muay Thai, K1 and Jiu-Jitsu. It is going to be an extraordinary combination of the strength and dynamics of the blows with a precision and physical coordination, and all to the accompaniment of traditional music.
The programme also includes:
Dynamic demonstration of Muay Thai
Jiu-Jitsu and BJJ - traditional Japanese martial art and its Brazilian variation
Demonstration of the fighting sport K-1 and a wrestling show.
Pro-Fight- a combination of the most effective techniques of Muay Thai, boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and K-1
Self-defence classes based on the Muay Thai techniques are going to take place at 5:30 pm.
Please come and join us – 8 November from 4 pm to 7:30 pm
All the attractions are free of charge.
