Journey inside the human body

Starting on 11th October, we’d like to invite everyone to visit our interactive exhibition JOURNEY INSIDE THE HUMAN BODY
At the interactive learning centre, children will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the problems of contemporary medicine, human anatomy and genetics thanks to:
- modern laboratory equipped with optical microscopes and several dozens of human tissue preparations - with an option to watch the pictures on 40" LCD monitor
- construction of a DNA model and a multimedia presentation during which the children will learn which traits are hereditary and what genetics is concerned with
- experts are going to explain what makes it possible for us to walk, bend our fingers, and how to take care of our bones and what to eat to make them healthy
- an exhibition of macro models of the most important organs of the human body
- phantoms that can be undressed - the members of the staff are going to present in an approachable way the structure and function of individual organs: the heart, the brain, kidneys, lungs or the liver
Opening hours of the exhibition:
Mo. - Fr. 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
Sa - Su 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
The admission tothe exhibition is free.
Organized groups are requested to make a booking in advance.
