Chanterelle season at Sphinx Restaurants

New summer items on the menu at Sphinx Restaurants, prepared in cooperation with Samar Khanafer, come with the slogan “ Chanterelle, turnip and dates”.
The latest offer features six dishes which combine classic seasonal cuisine and well-known flavours to produce unusual results. Perfect for a heat wave, our special refreshing cold soup is served with a cucumber, radish and pickled turnip. Our customers will also find here grilled ribs served the oriental way - in a date BBQ sauce, based on whiskey. The dishes featuring chanterelle mushrooms include: bruschetta with chanterelle and goat cheese, grilled chicken breast accompanied by chanterelles in cream sauce, and Angus steak with chanterelles. The enthusiasts of pasta will find at Sphinx spaghetti with shrimps in white wine, with parmesan cheese, sprinkled with parsley.
