At the beginning of 2026, we are celebrating a significant success. Our sustainability efforts have been recognized. Galeria Bronowice has received one of the most important certificates in the shopping center industry – BREEAM In-Use. This success is especially pleasing given that we received the highest ratings, awarded only to a select few properties. In terms of Assest Performance, the building's assessment, we achieved an Outstanding rating. In the Management Performance category, i.e., in terms of building management, the level is Excellent.
BREEAM In-Use is a certificate that is one of the key quality indicators in the shopping center sector, confirming the compliance of the facility's environmental and technical parameters with international sustainability standards, as well as effective management.
Obtaining the certificate is confirmation of the validity of our actions and the implementation of pro-ecological and energy-efficient solutions at Galeria Bronowice, which are delivering measurable results.
