Spring-Easter Charity Fair

Volunteers of the Anna Dymna's Foundation "Against the Odds" return with their fairs to the Super Hero Zone of Bronowice Shopping Centre. On the first weekend of April, they will conduct a Spring-Easter Charity Fair there.

As usual, visitors to the stand can count on interesting handicrafts In gratitude for their donation, they will receive gifts, associated with spring and Easter, prepared by the foundation's charges, volunteers and friends. The stand will feature Easter garlands and decorations, clay Easter eggs, Easter pendants, ceramic figurines, decoupage eggs, macramé, decorative gingerbread, floral brooches, fashionable earrings and rose-raspberry bath bombs.

The collected funds will support the charges of the "The Valley of the Sun" therapeutic and rehabilitation center in Radwanowice, as well as the construction and equipping of a respite center in Lubiatów.

On this day, it will be possible to support the Foundation in two ways: in cash as part of the public fundraiser No. 2021/1775/OR and non-cash using the Donateo donation machine.

The main goal of the activities of the Anna Dymna "Against the Odds” Foundation is to help adults with intellectual disabilities, who are most at risk of social exclusion. The Foundation has built and runs two therapeutic and rehabilitation centers: "The Valley of the Sun" in Radwanowice near Kraków and the Occupational Therapy Workshop in the seaside town of Lubiatów. Currently, it creates a respite center at the Baltic Sea.

Moreover, the "Against the Odds" foundation supports the treatment, rehabilitation and education of sick and people with dissabilities. It implements numerous projects aimed at removing mental barriers in society, such as the Enchanted Song Festival, the Festival of Theatrical – Musical Works of People with Disabilities "Albertiana" or The Academy of Rediscovered Hope.
