Movember campaign at Galeria Bronowice

For the third time at Galeria Bronowice, the Krakow edition of the global Movember campaign will be held, aiming to boost awareness and fight testicular cancer. As a part of this campaign, on Friday, 2nd November men will have opportunity to get a free check-up in our shopping center. The organizer of the campaign is Kapitan Światełko Foundation.
Like every year in November, men around the world grow a mustache to provoke the public to talk about testicular and prostate cancer. In this way, the organizers of the Movember campaign want to make others aware of the importance of regular check-ups and taking care of their health. As part of the Krakow edition of the preventive action on Friday, 2nd November, at Galeria Bronowice, free testicular ultrasound tests addressed primarily to men before forty will be held. For slightly older men, the PSA test (so-called tumor marker of the prostate) will be offered for the first time.
Galeria Bronowice is the only location in Krakow, where as a part of the Movember campaign, men can take part in free preventive examinations and check their health. The action will take place from 9.30 a.m. - 2.00 p.m. and 3 p.m. - 8 p.m. in the area under the round LED display, on the ground floor of the shopping center.
